Description
The Hammer Mill is a highly versatile grinding machine suitable for a wide range of materials, including spices, foodstuffs, chemicals, ayurvedic herbals, minerals, and other miscellaneous substances. Grinding occurs between high-speed swinging hammers and durable top/side liners. Once the particles are reduced to the size of the perforated screen, they are automatically discharged through the hopper. Fineness can be precisely controlled by adjusting the rotor speed, serration pattern on liners, number of hammers, and screen perforation size. With models ranging from 10 to 75 HP and capacities up to 1000 kg/hr, it ensures efficient and consistent performance for diverse industrial needs.
