Description
The Impex Mill is a screenless pulverizer designed for grinding hard and brittle materials, including turmeric, minerals, and more, to a fine powder ranging from 100 to 300 Mesh BSS. Grinding is achieved through continuous impact of high-speed rotating hammers against grinding liners. Material enters through the rotary feeder and passes into the grinding chamber, where strong hammering action breaks down lumps. The blower directs air towards the whizzer classifier, which recycles oversize particles back into the chamber for further grinding until the desired fineness is achieved, ensuring consistent and high-quality output.
