Description
The Air Swept Mill is a screenless pulverizer designed for grinding brittle and fibrous materials such as turmeric into fine powders ranging from 100 to 300 Mesh BSS. Material is fed from the inlet hopper into the grinding chamber, where high-speed rotating hammers impact grinding liners to break down lumps. The integrated blower directs air toward the whizzer classifier, which returns oversized particles for regrinding. This closed-loop process ensures consistent and precise fineness with minimal energy consumption.
