Description
This robust dryer is built with a slightly inclined rotating drum equipped with internal flights or lifters that lift and cascade materials in a hot air stream. It operates in co-current or counter-current airflow to gently and efficiently evaporate moisture. Ideal for granular feedstocks like minerals, chemicals, foodstuff, and fertilizers, the dryer supports capacities from 5 TPD to 150 TPD, and operating temperatures between 60 °C and 1000 °C. Optional rotary cooler configurations are also available. The unit features durable carbon or stainless steel construction, customizable drum diameter and length, and various drive, burner, and sealing options for tailored applications
